When Slim 5 Series racks are ganged side by side, cabling between bays competes for space with doors, rails, and equipment. The 5CC21 cable chase kit solves this by adding a structured chase between adjacent 21-space (5-21) enclosures. The chase provides room for interconnect wiring and power distribution to pass cleanly between bays, keeping cross-bay runs organized instead of pinched between frames. Because the chase creates standoff space between racks, ganged enclosures can still accept doors and split rear rails, options that are otherwise difficult to combine with multi-bay rows. The kit ships complete with front, rear, and top channels plus mounting hardware, so a single part number covers the full seam between two racks.
