Product Description

The Slim 5 Series rack frame is popular for space-constrained AV installations, but deeper or heavier components often need more than front-rail support. The 5AR37 adjustable rear rack rail addresses this on the 37-space frame, adding 30RU of additional rear mounting so integrators can secure rear rack ears, support deep amplifiers and UPS units, or mount accessories such as power strips and lacer hardware behind the equipment plane. The split, adjustable design is the key differentiator: rail position can be set for mid-hanging or rear-hanging support depending on chassis depth, rather than locking you into one fixed rear position. Because the rails mount inside the frame, the kit works with all Slim 5 side panels, preserving the rack's finished appearance. When Slim 5 racks are ganged together, plan on the cable chase kit, which is required for routing between ganged frames with the rear rails installed. Everything needed for installation, including brackets, rails, and mounting hardware, is in the box. This 37-space version pairs with the Slim 5 5-37 frame; the same adjustable rear rail family covers other Slim 5 heights, such as the 43-space 5AR43.
