The Meyer Sound 900-LFC is a compact self-powered low-frequency control element built for scalable low-frequency reinforcement in touring rigs and fixed installations of any size. This configuration ships with the optional QuickFly rigging frame, making it ready for flown, ground-stacked, and cardioid subwoofer arrays. Driven by a single 18-inch long-excursion driver and an onboard class D amplifier, it delivers high continuous output with extremely low distortion. It is a natural low-frequency complement for Meyer Sound LEOPARD line array systems.
Product Description
This 900-LFC variant is supplied with the integrated rigging frame, whose captive GuideALinks enable flying from the MG-LEOPARD/900 multipurpose grid in LEOPARD arrays without a transition frame. The same end frames support ground-stacked configurations with uptilt or downtilt, and allow standalone subwoofer arrays at splay angles of 0, 1.25, 2.5, 3.75, or 5 degrees. The cabinet houses a two-channel, open-loop class D amplifier rated at 3100 W peak with a field-replaceable amplifier and control module. An integral pole-mount receptacle pairs the unit with ULTRA Series loudspeakers, and RMS remote monitoring reports operating parameters to a host computer.
