Product Overview

The Meyer Sound 750-LFC is a very compact self-powered low-frequency control element for scalable low-frequency reinforcement in portable rigs and fixed installations. This configuration combines a fold weather-protection treatment with a no-rig cabinet, suiting portable and semi-exposed ground-stacked or pole-mounted deployments. A single 15-inch long-excursion driver and an onboard class D amplifier deliver high continuous output with extremely low distortion. It is a natural low-frequency complement for Meyer Sound LINA, LEOPARD, and ULTRA Series systems.

Product Description

Meyer Sound 750-LFC 3100W 15-inch powered subwoofer, fold weather protection, no rigging

This fold weather-protected no-rig variant adds a fold-style weather-protection treatment to the standard 750-LFC while omitting rigging, keeping cabinet weight at 89 lb for portable ground-stacked and pole-mounted use. The integral pole mount supports LINA loudspeakers above or pairing with ULTRA Series loudspeakers. Inside, a two-channel open-loop class D amplifier rated at 3100 W peak resides in a single field-replaceable module. For a flown weather-protected option consider the fold rigging variant, or step up to the Meyer Sound 900-LFC subwoofer. Pair it with the Meyer Sound LEOPARD line array loudspeaker or browse the full Meyer Sound collection.

Key Features

  • Fold Weather Protection — A fold-style weather-protection treatment suits portable semi-exposed deployments.
  • 15-inch LF Driver — A single dual-coil, long-excursion 15-inch cone driver with 2 ohm nominal impedance produces high-output, low-distortion low frequencies.
  • Self-Powered Class D Amplifier — A two-channel, open-loop class D amplifier rated at 3100 W peak is housed in a field-replaceable module.
  • No-Rig Configuration — Without rigging the cabinet weighs 89 lb and suits ground-stacked and pole-mounted use.
  • Integral Pole Mount — A built-in pole mount supports LINA loudspeakers above or pairing with ULTRA Series loudspeakers.
  • Low Distortion — THD, IM, and TIM measure below 0.02 percent for exceptional linearity and transient reproduction.
  • RMS Ready — An optional RMS module reports all amplifier operating parameters to a host computer.

Typical Applications

  • House of Worship — Provides weather-resistant ground-stacked low-frequency reinforcement for worship events.
  • Auditorium — Extends low-frequency response for theatrical and presentation systems.
  • Multi-Purpose Room — Supports portable low-frequency support in semi-exposed venues.
  • Broadcast Studio — Delivers linear, low-distortion low frequencies for production audio.
