What is the Logitech 3-Year Extended Warranty for Rally Camera Extension Kit?
The Logitech 3-Year Extended Warranty for Rally Camera Extension Kit (994-000394) adds three years to Logitech's standard two-year limited hardware warranty, for 5 years of coverage from the original purchase date. The Rally Camera Extension Kit runs a Rally Camera over a single category cable up to 100 m, using a camera-side and a control-side base. See the Logitech Rally Camera Extension Kit page for the hardware itself.
How does the Logitech 3-Year Extended Warranty for Rally Camera Extension Kit work?
Coverage for the Rally Camera Extension Kit must be added at the time of purchase or within 30 days of it, otherwise Logitech can refuse the order. Claims are made directly with Logitech support, giving the model, serial number, purchase date and a clear description of the problem. On an approved claim Logitech may repair the unit, replace it with the same or an equivalent-value product, or refund it. Coverage matches the defect coverage of Logitech's standard hardware warranty. Creation Networks can add it to a quote for the Rally Camera Streamline Kit or the Rally Camera Extension Kit itself.
What are the key features of the Logitech 3-Year Extended Warranty for Rally Camera Extension Kit?
- 5-year total coverage — The warranty runs three years past Logitech's two-year standard warranty, so the Rally Camera Extension Kit is covered for 5 years from purchase.
- Same defect coverage — It extends the Logitech Limited Hardware Warranty terms for defects in materials and workmanship without changing what is covered.
- 30-day purchase window — It can be added at the time of the hardware purchase or within 30 days, which leaves time to finalize a project order.
- Repair, replacement or refund — On an approved claim Logitech repairs or replaces the product with an equal-value unit, or refunds it.
- Serial-number tracking — Covered units are recorded by serial number on Logitech's confirmation, which keeps asset records and claims straightforward.
