Product Overview
The Kramer VIA-GO3 is a compact 4K wireless presentation device built for BYOD screen sharing in conference rooms, huddle spaces, and training rooms. Windows, Mac, Chromebook, iOS, and Android users mirror content to the main display over Wi-Fi or LAN with no dongle, using native AirPlay, Miracast, or Chromebook casting. Built-in 1024-bit encryption and cloud-based VIA Site Management make this wireless collaboration device suitable for both single-room installs and centrally managed, multi-room commercial AV deployments.
Product Description
Measuring just 9 x 9 cm, the VIA-GO3 is a commercial-grade wireless presentation device that installs discreetly behind a display or projector, or into a rack with the Kramer RK-1 adapter. It outputs up to 4K over a single HDMI 2.0 connector and connects to the room network through Gigabit LAN or dual-band 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi with MIMO antennas, so integrators can standardize on wired or wireless connectivity per room. The clientless workflow lets guests join through AirPlay, Miracast, or a browser, while the VIA app adds higher-quality multimedia streaming when the software client is installed.

Up to four participants can present on the main display at once, and moderator preview lets a host vet content before it goes live. Security features including 1024-bit encryption, a documented VIA security architecture, and a Kensington lock slot address IT and facilities requirements for BYOD wireless presentation on the corporate network. For AV system designers, the diagram below shows how the VIA-GO3 sits between user devices, the room network, and the display.

Centralized management is handled through VIA Site Management (VSM) on Cloud, letting IT teams configure and monitor large fleets of VIA endpoints from a single console. If your deployment needs full wireless conferencing with USB camera and peripheral routing, compare the VIA-GO3 with the Barco ClickShare CX-20 Gen 2 for small rooms or the Barco ClickShare C-5 for entry-level spaces.
Key Features

- 1024-bit encryption — Industry-leading encryption keeps presentation traffic protected on the internal network.
- Cloud fleet management — VIA Site Management (VSM) on Cloud configures and monitors large numbers of VIA devices from anywhere.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which devices and operating systems are compatible with the VIA-GO3?
It supports Windows and Mac laptops, Chromebooks, and iOS and Android mobile devices. Laptops and mobile devices connect using native AirPlay, Miracast, or Chromebook casting, so no dongle is required for guest presenters.
How does the VIA-GO3 integrate into an existing AV system?
The HDMI 2.0 output connects to a display, projector, or presentation switcher, and the Gigabit LAN port ties the unit into the room network for streaming and management. It also interoperates with existing VIA deployments and the VIA Pad.
Can multiple units be managed centrally across many rooms?
Yes. VIA Site Management (VSM) on Cloud lets IT teams configure, update, and monitor large fleets of VIA endpoints from a single web console, which suits multi-room and multi-site commercial deployments.
How is the device installed and mounted?
The 9 x 9 cm enclosure mounts discreetly behind a display or projector. For equipment rooms, the Kramer RK-1 19-inch rack adapter provides a rack-mount option.
Is the VIA-GO3 secure enough for enterprise networks?
It uses 1024-bit encryption for presentation traffic, ships with a documented VIA security architecture for IT review, and includes a Kensington lock slot for physical security.
How many people can present at the same time?
Up to four participants can present simultaneously on the main display, with moderator preview available to control what is shown.
What warranty and support are included?
The VIA-GO3 is covered by Kramer's manufacturer limited warranty. Contact Creation Networks for current warranty terms, volume pricing, and integration support.
