Product Overview

The K-Array Pinnacle KR802W II is a white powered stereo column line array system designed for houses of worship, auditoriums, and bright architectural interiors where the sound system must blend with the room. It combines four white Kayman-KY102 stainless steel column line array elements with one self-powered Thunder-KS4 I and one passive Thunder-KS4P I dual 18-inch subwoofer for full-range commercial sound reinforcement. Amplification, DSP, and remote control are built into the KS4 I subwoofer, so this self-powered line array installs without an external amplifier rack. Mounting hardware is included for ground-stacked or freestanding deployment.

Product Description

The white finish makes the KR802W II a strong fit for sanctuaries, performing arts spaces, and modern corporate all-hands rooms with light wall surfaces, where black loudspeakers would dominate sightlines. Each Kayman-KY102 column packs eight 4-inch neodymium drivers into a slim stainless steel enclosure only 4.6 inches wide, using K-array's Pure Array Technology to deliver controlled vertical dispersion and long-throw speech intelligibility. Two columns per side form tall stereo arrays with 90-degree horizontal coverage, while the pair of Thunder dual 18-inch subwoofers extends response down to 30 Hz.

K-Array Pinnacle KR802W II white powered stereo column line array system with Kayman KY102 columns and Thunder KS4 subwoofers

The self-powered Thunder-KS4 I carries a 4-channel Class D amplifier rated 4 x 2500 W at 4 ohms plus onboard DSP with input gain, routing matrix, delay, parametric IIR filters, presets, and remote monitoring. Integrators tune the system over Wi-Fi with the K-array Connect mobile app or manage networked installations over wired Ethernet with K-Framework3 software. Four K-JOINT3 adjustable joints and two K-FOOT3 bases are included for fast, precise array configuration. If the room calls for a dark finish instead, the black KR802 II is the identical system; see the complete K-Array collection at Creation Networks for amplifiers and accessories.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the KR802W II identical to the KR802 II apart from color?

Yes. The KR802W II is the same powered stereo system — one KS4 I active subwoofer, one KS4P I passive subwoofer, four KY102 columns, and mounting hardware — finished in white instead of black.

Does this system require an external amplifier or processor?

No. The KS4 I subwoofer contains a 4-channel Class D amplifier (4 x 2500 W at 4 ohms) and a full onboard DSP that powers and processes the entire system, so no rack equipment is required.

How do integrators control the system in a managed AV environment?

The K-array Connect mobile app handles Wi-Fi remote control of DSP parameters, and K-Framework3 software manages multiple networked units over wired Ethernet for professional installation, tuning, and monitoring.

Can the white columns be wall-mounted or flown in a sanctuary?

Yes. The included K-JOINT3 and K-FOOT3 hardware covers ground-stacked and freestanding setups, and optional K-array accessories such as the K-FLY3 fly bar and K-WALL2 wall mount support suspended and wall-mounted installations.

Will the white finish hold up in semi-outdoor spaces?

The KY102 columns are IP64-rated stainless steel and the subwoofers are polyurea-coated birch plywood rated IP53/IP54, suitable for covered outdoor and demanding indoor environments with appropriate protection accessories for exposed installs.

What warranty and support come with this purchase?

K-array provides a 5-year manufacturer warranty, and Creation Networks offers commercial buyers quoting, design assistance, and post-installation support.
