The K-Array Tornado KT2CW is the white flush ceiling-mount version of the Tornado 2" point source speaker, designed to vanish into white ceilings while delivering professional distributed audio. This compact aluminum ceiling speaker produces 150 Hz – 18 kHz response and 107 dB peak SPL with 90° x 90° coverage from a recessed body just under five inches across. With selectable 8 Ω / 32 Ω impedance, IP65 weather resistance, and EN 54-24:2008 compliance, the KT2CW is a white ceiling-mount installation speaker suited to meeting rooms, lobbies, and design-led commercial interiors.

Product Description

Like every Tornado, the KT2CW is built around K-Array's proprietary 2" high-efficiency neodymium woofer with a suspension engineered for maximum linear excursion, reproducing speech and music with very low distortion. Ceiling brackets ship in the box for flush installation into ceilings, soffits, and millwork, and the white aluminum finish blends into typical commercial ceiling tiles and drywall.

Connections use a 4-pin Euroblock, and the 8 Ω / 32 Ω impedance selector enables multiple speakers per amplifier channel on K-Array Kommander amplifiers with dedicated presets. The optional KA1-T2H module converts the speaker to self-powered 12V/24V operation. The standard low-impedance KT2CW is EN 54-24:2008 compliant for voice alarm integration (see the K-Array user guide for application requirements). For black ceilings choose the KT2C; for wall surfaces the KT2W; and for 70V systems the KT2CW-HV.
