The IC8T pairs an 8 in. polypropylene woofer with a horn-loaded 0.98 in. titanium dome tweeter and a 2.5 kHz crossover, producing a 50 Hz to 20 kHz response with strong low-frequency extension for music playback. With 150 W program power handling and 90.5 dB sensitivity, it provides ample SPL headroom for larger rooms and higher-output zones. The multi-tap transformer offers 70V taps of 3.75W/7.5W/15W/30W/60W and 100V taps of 7.5W/15W/30W/60W.

Installation is tool-free at the grille: the zero-bezel frameless grille uses powerful magnets and requires no hardware. Connections use a single 4-pin 5 mm detachable terminal block with screw-down flanges and parallel pass-through, accepting up to 12 AWG wire.
