Product Overview

The Crestron HD-TXU-4KZ-111-E is a DM Essentials 4K60 4:4:4 transmitter for USB-C DisplayPort, USB 2.0, and Ethernet signal extension over CATx cable. A single USB-C input with DisplayPort Alt Mode capability lets it extend video along with USB 2.0 data and an Ethernet signal to a paired HD-RXU-4KZ Series receiver. The transmitter supports 4K60 4:4:4 video, HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HDCP 2.3. Its compact, surface-mountable design suits conference rooms, classrooms, and presentation spaces.

Product Description

The HD-TXU-4KZ-111-E accepts a USB-C DisplayPort source and transmits the AV signal, USB 2.0 data, and Ethernet over a single CATx connection to a paired HD-RXU-4KZ Series receiver. Two USB 2.0 host ports support keyboards, mice, cameras, and other peripherals, while a 100/1000 Mbps LAN port passes Ethernet over the DM Essentials link, allowing one endpoint to connect to the network and the other to a device such as a PC. The transmitter extends UHD and 4K signals up to 130 ft (40 m) and 1080p, WUXGA, and 2K signals up to 230 ft (70 m) over Crestron DM-CBL-8G, DM-CBL-ULTRA, or third-party CAT5e or higher cable. CEC and EDID pass-through support automatic display control and reliable handshaking. The compact chassis mounts under a table, behind a credenza, inside a podium, or on a single rack rail, and can receive power from the included 24VDC power pack or from a remote DM Essentials receiver. To complete a point-to-point link, pair it with a Crestron HD-RXU-4KZ-101-E receiver.
