The Crestron HD-RXU-4KZ-101-E is a DM Essentials 4K60 4:4:4 receiver for HDMI, USB 2.0, and Ethernet signal extension over CATx cable. It is designed to interoperate with a Crestron HD-TXU-4KZ Series transmitter to provide reliable point-to-point AV distribution. The receiver supports 4K60 4:4:4 video, HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HDCP 2.3. Two USB 2.0 host ports and an Ethernet pass-through port make it well suited to conference rooms, classrooms, and presentation spaces.

Product Description

The HD-RXU-4KZ-101-E receives an HDMI AV signal, USB 2.0 data, and Ethernet over a single CATx connection from a paired HD-TXU-4KZ Series transmitter. It outputs HDMI to a display, projector, or codec and provides two USB 2.0 host ports for connecting peripherals at the receiving location. A 100/1000 Mbps LAN port passes Ethernet through the DM Essentials link, allowing one endpoint to connect to the network while the other connects to a device such as a PC. The receiver extends UHD and 4K signals up to 130 ft (40 m) and 1080p, WUXGA, and 2K signals up to 230 ft (70 m) over Crestron DM-CBL-8G, DM-CBL-ULTRA, or third-party CAT5e or higher cable. CEC and EDID pass-through support automatic display control and reliable handshaking. The compact chassis mounts behind a flat-panel display, above a projector, or on a single rack rail, and can receive power from the included 24VDC power pack or from a remote DM Essentials transmitter. To complete a point-to-point link, pair it with a Crestron HD-TXU-4KZ-111-E transmitter or another HD-TXU-4KZ Series transmitter.
