This wall plate receiver pairs with an HD-TXU-4KZ Series transmitter to move HDMI video and USB 2.0 peripheral data across one twisted-pair cable, simplifying in-wall and in-table connectivity. It supports resolutions up to 4K60 with 4:4:4 color sampling, along with HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision formats, and complies with HDCP 2.3. Two USB 2.0 host ports allow connection of keyboards, mice, touch screens, cameras, and other peripherals at the display end. DM Essentials transmission distances reach up to 130 ft (40 m) for 4K signals and up to 230 ft (70 m) for 1080p, WUXGA, and 2K signals using Crestron DM-CBL-ULTRA cable. CEC and EDID pass-through help the connected display and source negotiate correctly. The receiver can draw power from a surface-mountable remote transmitter; when paired with a wall plate transmitter, each device requires its own PW-2407WUL power pack. A decorator-style faceplate (FP-G2-DM Series) is required and sold separately. The unit is designed and warranted for professional commercial AV installations.
