Clarity Pro (Large Room) — $200/room/month. 24/7 real-time AV system monitoring, powered by Q-SYS Reflect. We catch problems and fix most of them remotely, before they interrupt a meeting, a class or a service. Standalone service — no maintenance plan required.

- Coverage: Up to 20 devices per room, plus a quarterly report
- Battery alerts: Proactive wireless mic battery alerts — know before it dies. If a wireless mic in the room drops to 15% battery, we notify you directly so it's swapped before your next meeting.

What Clarity monitors
Clarity monitors Q-SYS systems through Q-SYS Reflect. For equipment from other manufacturers, we add status reporting to the Q-SYS design where needed. Send us your equipment list and we'll confirm what we can monitor.

Is this billed monthly? The price at checkout is the full term paid up front. Ask your account manager about other billing options.
What does the setup fee cover? One-time onboarding of your devices to Clarity. It's included in the 1-year price and waived on the 3-year term.
Can I mix tiers? Yes. Mix tiers room by room, and add building monitoring for shared gear. Order one per room you want covered.
Do I need a maintenance plan? No. Clarity is a standalone service. If you also want scheduled visits and guaranteed on-site response, add a Creation Care maintenance plan.
Are there per-alert or per-ticket fees? No.
