Clarity is vendor-neutral. It watches control processors, DSPs and audio, codecs, cameras, displays, projectors and video walls across every major manufacturer, alongside Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. No rip-and-replace, no single-brand lock-in.
Common questions
Is this billed monthly? The price at checkout is the full term paid up front. Ask your account manager about other billing options.
What does the setup fee cover? One-time onboarding of your devices to Clarity. It's included in the 1-year price and waived on the 3-year term.
Can I mix tiers? Yes. Mix tiers room by room, and add building monitoring for shared gear. Order one per room you want covered.
Do I need a maintenance plan? No. Clarity is a standalone service. If you also want scheduled visits and guaranteed on-site response, add a Creation Care maintenance plan.
Are there per-alert or per-ticket fees? No.
