What is the Christie DWU860-iS?
The Christie DWU860-iS is an 8,500-lumen WUXGA 1DLP laser projector from the Christie Digital Inspire Series, with a built-in motorized zoom lens. It's a professional-grade fixed-lens projector for boardrooms, classrooms, museums, and other small-to-mid-size spaces, with 24/7 operation, an IP5X dust-resistant optical engine, quiet running, and a step up in brightness over the DWU760-iS.

How does the Christie DWU860-iS work?
A single DMD and a blue laser phosphor light source replace lamps, so the projector runs up to 20,000 hours to half brightness with almost no maintenance. The airtight IP5X optical engine keeps dust off the optics, and Eco Mode cuts brightness to 50% for longer life and quieter operation. Christie RealBlack turns the laser fully off on black scenes for 3,000,000:1 contrast.
The built-in 1.25–2.0:1 (1.6x zoom) lens is adjusted from the remote with powered zoom, focus, and offset, with ±110% vertical and ±50% horizontal shift. HDBaseT carries video, audio, network, and control over one cable, and AMX and Crestron connectivity make it easy to drop into a controlled room. How long does the laser last?

Can it blend with other projectors?
