What is the Christie 4K1000-KS?
The Christie 4K1000-KS is a 10,050-lumen 4K UHD+ 1DLP laser projector from the Christie Digital Korus Series. It uses a 1 x 0.8" HEP DMD and a high-efficiency blue laser phosphor light source rated for 20,000 hours to 50% brightness (full power), in a 38 lbs (17.25 kg) chassis that is easy to rig and fit into tight spaces. It's built for large conference rooms, lecture halls, and houses of worship. The projector ships without a lens, so the lens is chosen to fit the room.

How does the Christie 4K1000-KS work?
The 4K1000-KS pairs a single 0.8-inch DMD with a laser phosphor light source, so there are no lamps to replace and it can run around the clock. Christie RealBlack raises contrast to 4,000,000:1, and dynamic contrast reaches 25,000:1 against a 1,500:1 native ratio. Inputs include 2x HDMI 2.0b (HDCP 1.4/2.2), 12G-SDI, DisplayPort 1.2a, HDBaseT 3.0, USB 2.0, and the HDBaseT port carries video and control over one cable from a wall plate or switcher.
Interchangeable lenses mount with motorized zoom, focus, and lens shift, with lens memory to save and recall positions. Christie Twist warping and blending is built in for edge-blended or stacked displays, and Christie Mystique automated camera alignment is available as an option for multi-projector systems. Pair it with a Christie Jazz Series lens sized to your throw distance.
