The BirdDog P400 4K Full NDI PTZ 3-Camera Kit (1 White, 2 Black) includes one white and two black BirdDog P400 cameras — a mixed-color configuration suited to installations where most cameras are in darker mounting positions with one in a lighter environment. Each P400 delivers 4K UHD via Full Bandwidth NDI® and simultaneous 6G-SDI and HDMI, powered by PoE+, with an 8.5MP 1/2.5" Sony CMOS sensor and 20x optical zoom. This kit gives integrators a complete matched 4K NDI camera system with the flexibility to match camera housings to installation aesthetics.
Product Description
Each BirdDog P400 in this kit uses an 8.5MP 1/2.5" Sony CMOS backlit sensor delivering 4K UHD at up to 4Kp30 with 10-bit color over 6G-SDI. The 20x optical zoom extends to 30x SRZ in 4K and 40x SRZ in HD. All three cameras transmit Full Bandwidth NDI® over Gigabit Ethernet and include simultaneous 6G-SDI and HDMI outputs for hybrid IP/SDI infrastructure compatibility. Each camera is PoE+ powered (max 26.8W), includes dual RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 serial control ports, bi-color tally, 128 presets, and browser-based BirdUI configuration with RESTful API support.
The 1-white/2-black configuration is common in multi-camera setups where two cameras occupy darker ceiling or truss positions and one is mounted in a lighter-colored environment. All three cameras are spec-identical — only the housing color differs. Compatible with the BirdDog KBD PTZ Controller for multi-camera control. View all P400 bundle color configurations.
