The Impera Echo Plus is a customizable AV control keypad that includes an on-board controller and adds a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port for controlling up to two third-party devices over the network. Each of its eight mechanical buttons has a corresponding multi-color LED that can be configured in software to reflect room state, giving users clear feedback. Beyond Ethernet control, the pad drives equipment through one bi-directional RS-232/IR port with feedback and one uni-directional RS-232/IR port, and it provides three GPIO channels for logic signals to projectors, screens, and other hardware. Programming is handled in Biamp Project Designer, so the button layout and control logic can be updated as a room's equipment changes. The Echo Plus can be wall-mounted or installed in the EasyConnect tabletop cable management solution, which makes it a flexible commercial control pad for fixed or table-side placement.
