Product Description
The Biamp CM6T ceiling loudspeaker combines a 6.5-inch reinforced polypropylene woofer with a 1-inch tweeter for low-distortion speech and music reproduction. In 16-ohm use, up to four loudspeakers connect in parallel on each channel of a standard 4-ohm amplifier, which fits typical low-impedance zones. For 70V/100V distributed audio, the CM6T carries a 6-watt transformer with several power taps, making it a practical choice for background music where high output is not required. The ABS housing, moisture-proof polypropylene woofer, and aluminum grille make the CM6T suitable for high-humidity environments and applications where steel grilles would corrode. A three-screw mounting system with a Quick Fix connector and tapping decal speeds installation.
