The Biamp OVO5T-W is a 5.25-inch two-way commercial surface mount loudspeaker built for higher output and wide coverage in larger background music and voice paging spaces. It operates in low-impedance (16 Ω) or 70V/100V distributed audio mode, selectable from a rear-panel switch, making it a versatile choice for retail, hospitality, and transportation environments. A 5.25" paper cone woofer and 1" silk dome tweeter deliver a 74 Hz to 20 kHz operating range with a 130° x 100° coverage pattern. The paintable white enclosure ships with an integrated pan-and-tilt U-bracket for flexible wall mounting.
Product Description
The OVO5T-W extends the OVO family to larger zones where more output and low-frequency extension are needed while keeping project budgets in check. Its 30 W transformer provides 70V taps of 30 W, 15 W, 7.5 W, 3 W, and 1.5 W, and 100V taps of 30 W, 15 W, 6 W, and 3 W, giving integrators wide latitude to set loudspeaker loading across a distributed audio system. A rear switch selects 16 Ω low-impedance operation for direct amplifier drive. The rugged ABS enclosure is paintable to match any interior, and spring-lever wiring terminals with the included input cover keep terminations fast and tidy. The integrated pan-and-tilt U-bracket, plus an included wall-mount wedge that adds 5° of tilt, supports precise aiming in corridors, lobbies, and open retail floors. The speaker is IP40 rated for indoor use and IEC 62368-1 certified. This OVO5T-W is also offered in a black finish, and smaller zones may be better served by the 3-inch OVO3T.
