The Biamp EasyConnect MPX TA 203x508 is a large table adapter plate that lets integrators install an EasyConnect MPX 250 or MPX 200 BYOM touch controller into a conference table that already has a rectangular cutout, without drilling a new hole. It covers a maximum table opening of 179 x 483 mm (7 x 19 inches) and provides a clean, simplified space for the touch controller and cable cylinder. The adapter is a practical retrofit accessory for commercial AV meeting room installations.
Product Description
The MPX TA 203x508 addresses a common problem in conference room refits: a table that already has a large rectangular cutout from a previous device. Rather than fabricating a new tabletop or drilling, integrators center the top and bottom adapter plates over the existing opening and mount the MPX pass-through cylinder through the plate, converting the rectangular hole into a finished round port for the MPX touch controller. The large adapter is designed for openings up to 179 x 483 mm (7 x 19 inches); when used together with the USB-C Cable Retractor System (CRS), the covered opening should be no longer than 179 x 431 mm (7 x 17 inches) so the CRS bracket can be secured to the table. It works with the MPX 250 touch controller, the MPX 200 touch controller, and the USB-C Cable Retractor System. The kit ships with the top and bottom adapter plates plus the required mounting hardware.
