Every Adder product ships with a standard two-year manufacturer warranty. The Adder Enhanced Warranty program, part of Adder Professional Services, allows that coverage to be extended for up to five years in total, so the protection on an ALIF100T transmitter can match the planned lifecycle of the KVM matrix it serves.
Beyond extended duration, the enhanced warranty program carries a defined service commitment: a faulty product is tested and repaired within five working days of receipt by Adder. For transmitters deployed at source machines in 24/7 facilities, that turnaround guarantee makes repair timelines predictable and supports maintenance planning. The EW-ALIF-CAM can be added at the time of the original ALIF100T purchase for gap-free coverage, or applied to existing devices already in use. It pairs with the Adder ALIF100T transmitter, and additional Adder coverage options are available in the Adder Technology collection at Creation Networks.
