Product Description

Adder built Elite Service for customers managing high-pressure, always-on environments — broadcast, control rooms, signage networks, and similar operations where infrastructure downtime is not acceptable. The plan provides true 24/7 global support, so an engineer is reachable regardless of when a fault appears, not just during business hours.

Three commitments define the tier. First, Elite Service customers receive prioritization in the support queue, moving ahead of standard requests. Second, outside of business hours, Adder guarantees an engineer call-back within four hours or less. Third — and most important for operations planning — if an issue cannot be resolved remotely, the advance hardware replacement scheme ships a replacement product within one business day, so the covered AL-DV endpoint can be swapped without waiting on a repair cycle.
