Product Description

In commercial AV projects, the equipment driving a screen often cannot live next to the screen. Public concourses, retail windows, transport hubs, and control room video walls all benefit from keeping playback hardware in a secure, temperature-controlled equipment room. The ALDV100T addresses this by transmitting the exact content seen on a local monitor to a remote display over inexpensive CATx cabling, supporting HDCP so protected content plays without interruption.

The transmitter is a small-form-factor dongle in a tough but lightweight ABS enclosure, measuring just 45 x 63 x 21 mm with 30 cm pigtails. It connects directly to the source via an HDMI Type A male connector and draws power from a USB Type A port, with the transmitter and receiver together consuming only 2.5W at 5VDC.
