The ADDERLink INFINITY Manager ASP-001 is the management server that turns individual ADDERLink INFINITY (ALIF) transmitters and receivers into a coordinated, high-performance IP KVM matrix. The base ASP-001 ships licensed for 24 endpoints; the AIMLIC-48 license raises that ceiling to 48 endpoints on a primary AIM server — enough for a typical control room or production facility connecting a few dozen user stations and source computers.

Under AIM management, any user station can be routed to any connected computer, multiple users can co-operatively share access to the same machine, and video can be multicast to multiple destinations without compromising video quality or control responsiveness. Computers can therefore be relocated to a secure, climate-controlled equipment room while operators work from quiet, clutter-free positions anywhere on the network.

The AIM server occupies just 1U of rack space and provides dual network interfaces (2× SFP + 1× RJ45, 1GbE) that can be routed independently or teamed. Because licensing is tier-based, the AIMLIC-48 protects the initial investment: UPG SKUs later move the same server to 96, 192, 288, or unlimited endpoints as the deployment grows.
