CHALLENGE
Pacific Service Credit Union’s new 28,000-square-foot administrative hub was designed to give employees a flexible space where they can easily collaborate. When planning their hybrid offices, the credit union saw a tech-forward environment as key to keeping current staff happy, bringing in new talent, and staying competitive. The complete remodel gave them the chance to upgrade technology and refresh the building’s look to reflect their brand while supporting their growing business.

THE SOLUTION
Pacific Service Credit Union partnered with collaboration services provider Creation Networks to adopt a technology standard to foster a more collaborative and productive office environment. As the Pacific Credit Union office standardized on Microsoft Teams®, Crestron’s ability to integrate and support the software seamlessly made the Crestron Flex Digital Workplace Platform an easy selection.
THE TECHNOLOGY
At the Pacific Service Credit Union HQ, Crestron manages various spaces, from offices to boardrooms. Standard offices and meeting rooms feature Crestron Flex for easy operation and a consistent setup across the board. This allows for a smooth, BYOD, one-touch-to-join video conferencing experience with remote staff or clients. A front-of-room soundbar paired with a camera delivers excellent audio and video quality, making it simple for employees to connect and collaborate with clients from anywhere.
Pacific Service Credit Union’s boardroom features a Crestron touch screen that makes it easy to switch and route content, as well as join meetings right from the room. Adding to the sleek, modern office design, a video wall displays updated content and offers simple HDMI® connectivity for employee presentations. Another space, set up in a classroom-style layout, doubles as a Crestron Flex training room, with a large display visible from anywhere and multiple cameras capturing the entire room for remote attendees.
During their office renovation, Pacific Service Credit Union recognized the need for spaces designed for electronic collaboration. In the new conference rooms, Creation Networks, Inc. installed large dual monitors ideal for screen sharing, hybrid teamwork, and boosting employee engagement. This setup ensures in-room participants can always see both their remote colleagues and shared content simultaneously. Crestron technology has played a key role in enabling collaboration with those who aren’t physically present.
Pacific Service Credit Union worked with Creation Networks to fully integrate every piece of new technology, driving how the office functions and performs for employees. The audiovisual experience is consistent throughout the office, creating an engaging experience in shared spaces. Music and digital signage play throughout the branch to enhance the ambiance for employees and customers as they go about their day.
The new office space and customer branch feature many customized finishes and unique amenities, such as a game room, workout space, and a café, serving as a unique space for teams to connect. In the café, large displays show sports games, news programming, and corporate branding and advertising content. To boost morale and show appreciation for employees, Pacific Service Credit Union also displays company signage to acknowledge work anniversaries, significant events, and more.
RESULTS
With the help of Creation Networks, Inc., Pacific Service Credit Union can use Crestron technology seamlessly throughout their office. The response from employees has been very positive, and the systems are in use daily.
