The Yealink BYODBOX makes it simple to turn a meeting room into a bring-your-own-device space. A user connects their laptop with the 1.5-meter USB-C cable and immediately gains access to the room's peripherals and display, with no software to install and no room PC required. This is a practical fit for huddle rooms, focus rooms, and shared spaces where people rotate through and host meetings from their own devices.
The hub provides two USB 3.0 Type-A ports for connecting a room camera, speakerphone, or other USB peripherals, plus one HDMI output to drive a room display. A separate USB-C port accepts the included PD power adapter, and the connection supports charging the laptop over USB-C so a docked device stays powered during a meeting.
