The ViewSonic WPD-900E is a plug-and-play wireless presentation system that enables Full HD screen casting from any BYOD device to a projector or display without apps, drivers, or network access. The TX dongle connects to the presenter's device via USB-C (with 60W pass-through power delivery) or USB-A, and the RX receiver connects to the display via HDMI. The encrypted peer-to-peer 802.11n 5GHz connection operates independently of the room's network, keeping corporate or campus infrastructure private during presentations.

The WPD-900E addresses one of the most common friction points in conference rooms and classrooms: getting content from a presenter's device onto the room display quickly and reliably. There are no apps to install, no logins to complete, and no IT involvement required for routine use. The presenter plugs in the TX dongle, the RX is already connected to the display, and casting begins immediately.

The system streams at up to 1080p60 over a 5GHz 802.11n connection with a working range of up to 98 feet. AES-128 encryption on the peer-to-peer link means presentation content is never routed through the building network, which satisfies common IT security requirements for guest speakers and contractor access. The USB-C TX dongle includes a 60W power delivery pass-through port, so a presenter's laptop charges while they are casting — eliminating the need to find a power outlet during long sessions. The RX connects to any HDMI display or projector and is powered by the display's USB port. Package includes one RX receiver and one TX transmitter dongle.
