Powering an infrared transmitter at a ceiling mount point has traditionally required a dedicated electrical drop. The IR SY7 solves this with the POE KT1 remote power kit, which includes the WCA 131 and WCA 133 cables for wiring the IR T2 directly to a power supply over structured cabling.
