The HED 036 rear-wear design positions the headband at the back of the head rather than over the top, keeping the area above the ears clear. This wearing configuration accommodates users who wear behind-the-ear hearing aids or glasses, and is preferred by some users for long-duration listening sessions. The stereo 3.5 mm plug connects to the PockeTalker 2.0 and compatible Williams Sound FM receivers. At 60 grams and a 6-1/4 x 5-3/4 x 2-1/2 inch form factor, the HED 036 is lightweight and compact for a deluxe headphone. The 30 mm drivers deliver 108 dB sensitivity at 1 kHz — high efficiency suited for the low-output-level circuits in personal amplification devices. The frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz covers the full range of speech and audio content. Maximum power input of 100 mW is appropriate for standard personal amplifier and FM receiver output stages. Replacement earpads are available as HED 023 (one pair) or HED 023-100 (100-pack) for hygiene maintenance and service life extension.
