Product Description

Infrared assistive listening coverage depends on emitter placement and aim: the emitter must have clear line-of-sight to the seating area, which usually means mounting it high on a wall or at the ceiling and tilting it down toward listeners. The BKT 024 gives the installer that flexibility. Base 1 is a 2-inch round base with four mounting holes on a 1.6-inch bolt circle for solid surfaces such as drywall, wood, or concrete; Base 2 is a T-bar clip that snaps onto standard drop-ceiling grid rails. A black vinyl base cover conceals either base for a clean finished appearance.

Two 2-inch black aluminum shafts with a 1/4-20 stud and lock ring build out to finished lengths of 2, 4, or 6 inches, and the articulating head provides 190-degree tilt with full 360-degree turn and rotation — enough range to aim an emitter into virtually any seating layout.
