Product Description
The DL102 is a small-area counter loop amplifier for point-of-service locations where a customer and a staff member speak across a counter. Driving a counter loop pad or coil, it transmits speech directly to the telecoil (T-setting) of a patron's hearing aid, cutting out background noise and glass-barrier muffling. It is intended for single-position counters rather than room-wide coverage, and it is a common choice for meeting ADA and Equality Act service-point requirements. Pair it with a counter loop coil such as the ACLC12 and a suitable microphone.
