Perpetual TriCaster Vizion systems ship with one year of standard support; this SKU raises that first year to Vizrt's Professional tier. It is intended for broadcast and live event teams that need 24/7 phone access and one-hour critical response from day one.
How does Vizrt PTPVIZION1YRUPG work?
The upgrade applies to the first year of support on a TriCaster Vizion. With ProTek Professional active, operators can reach Vizrt by 24/7 phone, web form or live chat with priority contact. Vizrt targets a response in under 1 hour for critical issues, under 2 hours for high-priority issues and under 4 hours for normal requests, compared with 4, 8 and 24 hours on ProTek Standard. Software maintenance, remote system support and Viz University are included.
Per the Vizrt distributor terms, ProTek is non-cancelable and non-refundable; coverage begins on purchase unless an alternate start date is requested, and it is invoiced immediately. From year two, renew with ProTek Professional for TriCaster Vizion (PTSTPVIZION).
The upgrade covers TriCaster Vizion systems such as the TriCaster Vizion 2RU, Vizion Tower with 16 SDI I/O and Vizion 1RU with 8 SDI I/O. A similar first-year option is the TriCaster 1st Year Upgrade to Professional Support.
