Positioned between the short zoom (5811122742-SVV at 0.77–1.1:1) and the standard zoom (5811120865-SVV at 1.54–1.93:1), this lens provides a useful intermediate throw range for venues requiring slightly shorter throw distances than the standard lens allows. Motorized focus, zoom, and lens shift with Lens Positioning Memory support remote alignment and multi-configuration use.

With an 18.65–23.85mm focal length range and a 1.28x zoom ratio, the 5811122743-SVV serves conference centers, training rooms, and mid-sized auditoriums where the projector must be placed closer than standard throw distances allow while still providing zoom flexibility. At 1.25:1, a 200-inch screen requires approximately 6.4 meters of throw distance; at 1.6:1, approximately 8.1 meters.
