Product Overview
The Sonance Large Rectangle Flex Bracket is a new-construction mounting bracket built from ABS plastic for large rectangle in-wall speaker locations. Sold five pair per box, it lets framing crews set speaker positions on studs before drywall goes up, ahead of the finished speaker arriving on site.
Product Description
The bracket is nailed, stapled, or screwed directly to wall studs during framing, well before the speaker itself is installed, which keeps Sonance speaker rough-in on pace with the rest of a new-construction schedule. It supports on-center stud spacing up to 24 inches and includes snap-on mesh metal wings that extend to bridge the gap between studs, along with centering marks to help installers position the bracket accurately within the wall bay. Once drywall is up, Roto-Lock clamps secure the finished large rectangle speaker into the bracket without additional hardware. Because it ships five pair per box, it suits multi-room or whole-home projects specifying several large rectangle speaker locations at once. Integrators can pair it with the large rectangle VX speakers in the in-wall speaker catalog when planning a full-house rough-in.
