The Visix EPS 74 e-paper room sign delivers an 800 x 480 resolution display across a 6.4 x 3.85-inch active screen area. The sign weighs 10 ounces and installs via a detachable wall mount adapter with standard screw holes — no electrician, no cable routing, and no wall box required. Power comes from six CR2450 batteries that last 5+ years under typical deployment conditions. For glass-wall installations common in modern conference rooms and open-plan offices, the optional EPS 74 Glass Mount Kit provides a clean, drill-free attachment solution.

The EPS 74 operates on the EPS dedicated 915MHz RF wireless network, receiving schedule updates from the EPS software without consuming corporate Wi-Fi bandwidth. Supported calendar and booking platforms include Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Google Calendar, EMS and EMS Platform Services, 25Live, Tango Reserve, Maptician, OfficeSpace, Mazevo, and Delphi FDC.
