The Visix EPS 42 is a 4.2-inch wireless e-paper desk sign built for office hoteling, hot-desking, and flexible workspace environments. This battery-powered signage display shows real-time desk reservations, occupant names, and QR codes for instant booking without any wired power or network cable at the workstation. At 3.9 inches wide and 3.3 inches tall, the EPS 42 offers more display area than the EPS 27 while remaining compact enough for mounting on desk dividers, cubicle panels, walls, and glass. The Visix EPS 42 e-paper desk sign delivers a 400 x 300 resolution display in a lightweight 3-ounce package that installs in minutes with included 3M Command Strips. No power outlet, network port, or cable management is required at the desk — the sign runs on four CR2450 batteries for 5+ years under normal operating conditions. Content updates arrive wirelessly over the EPS dedicated 915MHz RF network, keeping the display current with your scheduling platform without consuming corporate Wi-Fi capacity or adding managed endpoints to your network.

The EPS 42 connects to Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Google Calendar, EMS, 25Live, Tango Reserve, Maptician, OfficeSpace, Mazevo, and other scheduling platforms through the EPS software. When reservations change, the software automatically updates screen templates and transmits new content to the appropriate signs within minutes. Display colors include black, white, red, and yellow, supporting clear availability indicators and full-color branded backgrounds. The dark gray bezel provides a professional appearance suited to corporate open-plan environments. The EPS 42 supports portrait and landscape orientation, and optional glass mount kits are available for glass partitions and walls. Custom faceplates are also available to match your brand identity and add ADA-compliant braille and room numbering.
