The Visix EPS 125 e-paper room sign features the highest resolution available in the EPS product line at 1304 x 984 pixels across a 9.78 x 7.8-inch active display area. The unit measures 8.7 inches wide and 10.9 inches tall in portrait orientation, weighing 16 ounces. Installation uses a detachable adapter with screw holes compatible with standard wall mounting. For glass-wall conference room environments, the optional EPS 125 Glass Mount Kit provides a clean attachment solution without drilling. Power is supplied by a single 4800 mAh lithium polymer (LiPo) battery — a proprietary battery format specific to the EPS 125 — which is user-replaceable using Visix's online guide.

The EPS 125 connects to Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Google Calendar, EMS and EMS Platform Services, 25Live, Tango Reserve, Maptician, OfficeSpace, Mazevo, and Delphi FDC through the EPS software, which monitors your calendar platform and pushes schedule updates to each sign wirelessly over the 915MHz RF dedicated network.
