Vaddio RoboSHOT 30E QCCU System (Black) — 999-99170-000

The RoboSHOT 30E QCCU System pairs the RoboSHOT 30E Elite Series PTZ camera with the Quick-Connect CCU interface for integration with broadcast camera control units and production switchers. Power, video, and RS-422 camera control travel over two Cat-5 cables up to 100 ft, delivering full HD 1080p/60 for broadcast and live production environments.

Description

The RoboSHOT 30E Elite Series camera delivers crisp 1080p/60 video from a 1/2.5-type Exmor R CMOS sensor. Thirty-times optical zoom spans from a 70.2° horizontal field of view at wide angle to 2.5° at full telephoto — making it a natural choice for large auditoriums, theaters, and broadcast studios where the camera is mounted far from talent.

The Quick-Connect CCU interface provides the RS-422 tally and camera control signals expected by traditional broadcast production gear. It distributes power, HD component video (YPbPr), and HDMI output over two Cat-5 cables up to 100 ft (30.5 m) from the camera. This architecture fits existing CCU-based production workflows without additional control system programming.

Key Features

  • 30x optical zoom, 1/2.5-type Exmor R CMOS sensor

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the QCCU interface used for?
The Quick-Connect CCU provides RS-422 tally signals and camera control compatible with traditional broadcast production switchers and camera control units. It is used in live production environments where the camera must integrate with a broadcast CCU.

How does the QCCU differ from QDVI or QMini?
QCCU provides RS-422 tally and CCU integration for broadcast gear. QDVI provides DVI-D and HD YPbPr for AV distribution. QMini provides USB 2.0 UVC for soft-client conferencing. All run over two Cat-5 cables up to 100 ft.
