The Vaddio EasyIP Decoder (999-60210-000) is the control and output hub of the Vaddio EasyIP Ecosystem. It discovers and pairs with up to four EasyIP cameras and two Vaddio EasyMIC microphones (TableMIC or CeilingMIC) over the network, controls and switches between cameras, and delivers a USB 3.0 output stream of video and audio (up to 1080p/60) to a connected PC or BYOD device for use with Zoom, Teams, Webex, and other soft-client conferencing platforms. The decoder is PoE+ powered and ships with a 3 ft Cat-5e cable, 6 ft USB 3.0 cable, half-rack mount kit, phoenix connector, and quick-start guide.

Product Description

The EasyIP Decoder brings AV-over-IP simplicity to video conferencing by acting as the bridge between EasyIP cameras on the network and the soft-client conferencing PC at the table. Video from EasyIP cameras is transported over the IP network to the decoder, which then outputs a USB 3.0 UVC-compliant stream to the meeting room PC — no capture card or codec required. The decoder also handles camera switching and control via remote UVC controls, allowing the conferencing application to direct the active camera source.

Up to two Vaddio EasyMIC microphones (TableMIC or CeilingMIC) are supported per decoder for integrated audio pickup. The decoder is PoE+ powered, eliminating a separate power supply at the rack. A half-rack mount kit is included for 1RU rack installations.
