This kit maximizes rack space efficiency in AV head-end rooms and equipment closets where multiple Vaddio Quick-Connect or similarly sized half-rack interface units must be installed in a limited rack footprint.
Product Description
Vaddio Quick-Connect and AV Bridge interface units are half-rack-width by design, allowing two to occupy the same 19-inch rack space. Without a proper dual rackmount kit, integrators are left with unsupported units or improvised bracket solutions. The 998-6000-006 provides a rigid, factory-engineered mounting frame that holds two half-rack units securely side by side within a single 1RU opening. The bracket integrates with standard rack rails using existing rack screws, and the two device positions are independently accessible from the front panel. This is the primary dual-mounting solution for Vaddio 1/2-rack enclosures and replaces the need for a separate single rack panel per device in high-density installations.
