Product Overview
The Vaddio 999-9670-000 OneLINK Bridge Codec Kit connects Cisco SX20, SX80, and C-Series codecs with legacy Vaddio RoboSHOT 12 HDMI and RoboSHOT 30 HDMI cameras to USB-based soft-client conferencing platforms. It extends power, video, and control over a single Cat-5e or Cat-6 cable up to 328 ft (100m), adds a simultaneous USB 3.0 output for Zoom, Teams, and Webex compatibility, and includes a configurable audio matrix with AEC. Important: This kit is NOT compatible with RoboSHOT 12E HDMI or RoboSHOT 30E HDMI cameras. For Cisco Precision series camera installations, see 999-9660-000.
Product Description

Many organizations deployed Cisco codec systems paired with Vaddio RoboSHOT HDMI cameras. As cloud conferencing platforms have grown, these facilities need a path to support Zoom, Teams, and Webex calls without replacing functional infrastructure. The 999-9670-000 provides exactly that: a bridge from an existing Cisco codec and RoboSHOT HDMI camera system to modern USB-based soft-client conferencing.
The OneLINK Bridge interface receives video and control from a RoboSHOT 12 HDMI or RoboSHOT 30 HDMI camera, transports it over a single HDBaseT cable to the AV rack, and outputs simultaneous HDMI (for the Cisco codec), USB 3.0 (for a room PC or laptop running Zoom or Teams), and HD-SDI. The Cisco codec retains full functionality for traditional codec-based calls, while the USB 3.0 output makes the camera visible as a standard UVC webcam to any soft client. Both call types can run from the same room without any reconfiguration.
HDBaseT delivers power, video, and control across a single cable run, eliminating the need to route separate power and control cables to the camera location. The integrated audio matrix with AEC supports clean audio for both hard-codec and soft-client call types, and the browser-based web interface provides system configuration and management from any networked device.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this work with RoboSHOT 12E HDMI or RoboSHOT 30E HDMI cameras?
No. The 999-9670-000 is specifically designed for legacy RoboSHOT 12 HDMI and RoboSHOT 30 HDMI models only. It is not compatible with the E-series RoboSHOT HDMI cameras.
Can my Cisco codec still make traditional video calls after installation?
Yes. The HDMI output continues to feed the Cisco codec for standard codec-based calls. USB 3.0 simultaneously enables soft-client connections to Zoom, Teams, and Webex.
What is the maximum cable run from camera to rack?
Up to 230 ft (70m) over Cat-5e, or 328 ft (100m) over Cat-6, in a single cable run delivering power, video, and control.
