Product Overview
The Vaddio IN-Ceiling Half Recessed Enclosure (999-2225-050) is a ceiling mounting system that partially recesses and inverts a PTZ camera into a ceiling tile or drywall ceiling, providing a clean, professional installation with an active IR circuit for remote control. Compatible with Vaddio RoboSHOT and HD-Series PTZ cameras. Camera is not included. For wall installation, see the IN-Wall Enclosure (999-2225-150).
Product Description
The IN-Ceiling Half Recessed Enclosure positions the camera body halfway inside the ceiling cavity, leaving the lens and dome portion below the ceiling surface. A white metal trim ring with integrated IR receiver allows remote control of the camera through the trim ring from the room below, and the internal IR emitter in the metal back box passes IR commands to the camera. A tile support brace and complete hardware kit are included for standard ceiling tile installations.
The package includes camera mounting screws for multiple HD-series camera models (HD-18, HD-19, HD-20, HD-20SE, HD-22, HD-30, HD-USB), a camera spacer block for HD-20 and larger models, IR receiver cable, felt IR shield ring, Cat-5e cable, and conduit connector.
