Cloud Video Interop lets standards-based video endpoints join Microsoft Teams meetings without native Teams devices. This service remotely installs the Poly PrivateConnect Microsoft Teams Connector and configures CVI integration, powered by Pexip and delivered by a Poly engineer over a secure connection. The engineer establishes the connector, configures interoperability, and validates that SIP and H.323 endpoints can join Teams meetings. It is intended for IT teams and integrators extending existing video estates into a Microsoft Teams environment. Remote delivery avoids travel costs and speeds enablement. CVI integration protects prior video investments while standardizing on Teams. It is typically deployed alongside a PrivateConnect environment.
