This service performs the initial Poly CloudConnect setup and remotely installs up to 10 endpoints. A Poly engineer configures the cloud environment and onboards endpoints for interoperability. It is the base service for CloudConnect deployments.
Product Description
CloudConnect provides cloud-based video interoperability, and the initial setup establishes the environment for all endpoints. This service performs the initial CloudConnect cloud setup and remotely installs up to 10 endpoints, delivered by a Poly engineer over a secure connection. The total endpoints installed should match the total customer endpoints for the deployment. It is intended for IT teams and integrators standing up CloudConnect for meeting interoperability. For deployments with more than 10 endpoints, additional endpoint installations must be purchased under part number U73R6PX. Remote delivery avoids travel costs and speeds deployment. This base service is required before add-on endpoint services. Contact the Creation Networks AV team to deploy CloudConnect.
