The tvONE On-site CORIOmax Commissioning – Additional Days service extends the duration of a CORIOmax on-site commissioning engagement beyond the initial day. Each additional day provides a further full working day of tvONE-certified technician time at the installation location, covering continued configuration, expanded testing, multi-room or multi-zone verification, and any scope that exceeds what a single day can accommodate. This service is purchased as a supplement to the 1-Day Commissioning service (SKU: FE-1) and is designed for larger or more complex CORIOmax installations where additional on-site time is required.

Service Description

Complex CORIOmax deployments — such as multi-zone video wall systems, installations involving extensive preset libraries, or projects requiring deep integration with third-party control systems — frequently require more than a single day to commission correctly. The Additional Days service allows integrators to extend the on-site engagement by purchasing one or more additional commissioning days alongside the base FE-1 service.

Each additional day follows the same standard as the initial commissioning day: a certified tvONE technician remains on-site to complete outstanding configuration tasks, test additional signal paths, program further presets, verify expanded control system functionality, or perform training for additional end-client staff. The work scope for each additional day is coordinated with the integrator and client team in advance.
