The 1T-CT-653 transmitter is the source-end unit in the tvONE HDBaseT 5Play extension system. It accepts an HDMI v1.4 input and encodes it for transmission over standard structured Cat.5e or Cat.6 cabling via a single RJ45 connection. The system achieves 100 meter (325 foot) runs for uncompressed 1080p/60Hz at 36-bit color depth, significantly extending HDMI beyond its native cable distance limitations. HDMI v1.4 features are fully supported, including 4K UHD at 30Hz, full HD 3D formats, and PC resolutions up to WUXGA. DVI sources can also be connected using HDMI-to-DVI adapters. Lossless audio formats including LPCM 7.1CH, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS-HD Master Audio are carried transparently.
