The tvONE 1T-CT-641 is a compact HDBaseT-Lite transmitter that extends HDMI v1.4 signals up to 60 meters (197 feet) over a single Cat.5e or Cat.6 cable when paired with the 1T-CT-642 receiver. It supports uncompressed 1080p/60Hz video, 4K UHD at 30Hz, HD 3D formats, and lossless audio formats including Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. Bidirectional infrared remote control extension is included for source operation at the display end. The unit uses a screw-on locking DC power adapter to prevent accidental power disconnection in installed AV systems.
Product Description
The 1T-CT-641 is the transmitter half of tvONE's entry-level HDBaseT-Lite HDMI extension system. It sits at the source end of the installation, accepts an HDMI v1.4 input from a computer, media player, or presentation source, and transmits it over a single Cat.5e or Cat.6 cable to the paired 1T-CT-642 receiver. Using HDBaseT-Lite (Class B) technology, the system extends uncompressed HDMI signals up to 60 meters — well beyond the practical limit of standard HDMI cabling. Supported video formats include 1080p at 60Hz with 36-bit deep color, 4K UHD at 24Hz and 30Hz, and HD 3D content. PC resolutions up to WUXGA (1920x1200) are also supported. DVI sources can be used with an HDMI-to-DVI cable adapter. Embedded lossless audio including LPCM 7.1CH, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS-HD Master Audio is carried transparently. Bidirectional infrared remote control extension allows the end user at the display location to operate the source device using a standard IR remote. HDCP 1.1 compliance and CEC bypass are included for protected content and display control. The screw-on power adapter connector prevents accidental power loss in permanently installed systems.
