The B024-DPU16 connects up to 16 computers or DisplayPort-enabled devices to a single DisplayPort or HDMI monitor, USB keyboard, and USB mouse. In addition to desktop and notebook computers, the switch is compatible with media centers, gaming systems, Blu-ray players, cable and satellite boxes, and other DisplayPort-enabled devices. All 16 connected devices share the console outputs, eliminating the need for multiple monitors and reducing workspace clutter in control rooms, post-production suites, and technical operations centers.

Port switching is accomplished via front-panel push buttons, RS-232 commands, keyboard hot keys, or the multi-lingual on-screen display (OSD) with text-based interface. Auto Scan mode automatically cycles through connected computers in five-second intervals. Orange LEDs on the front panel indicate the currently selected port. Included DisplayPort and USB cables simplify initial setup, and the plug-and-play design requires no software installation.
