The TOA SR-S4L is a straight, two-way line array speaker engineered for long-distance sound transmission in commercial venues. It arranges eight 10 cm cone woofers and 24 balanced-dome tweeters vertically to create a linear sound source with reduced attenuation over distance and strong feedback resistance. Rated at 600 W continuous program at 8 ohms, it supports 70V/100V distributed systems with the optional MT-S0601 transformer and can be driven full-range or bi-amped. Its straight profile makes it ideal for auditoriums, houses of worship, and large multi-purpose rooms.

Product Description

The SR-S4L is part of TOA's Slim Line Array Type S platform and uses Sync-Drive arrangement to form an ideal linear sound source. Eight direct-radiating 10 cm cone-type drivers share a horizontal axis with 24 centrally mounted 25 mm balanced-dome tweeters, delivering clear, reflection-free sound with minimal level drop across the room. The integral crossover is fixed at 3,500 Hz and optimized for smooth on- and off-axis response. Horizontal coverage holds at a nominal 90 degrees above 2,000 Hz, while the vertical pattern stays consistent and can be extended by stacking additional units. The cabinet runs full-range from a single amplifier or can be reconfigured internally for bi-amp operation, with the low- and high-frequency sections each rated at 240 W. Two M4 screw terminals and two Neutrik NL4 connectors support parallel pass-through to additional cabinets. With the optional MT-S0601 transformer, the speaker provides 70.7V taps at 7.5, 15, 30, and 60 watts. The MDF enclosure is finished in white with a punched-steel grille, and threaded inserts accept TOA's flying, wall, tilt, and stand brackets.
